Personalization
How does personalization work?
Choose your product, select a design option number from the design guide on that product's page, and tell us what you'd like engraved (name, date, monogram, or short message). We engrave exactly as entered.
Can I see a proof before it's made?
We don't offer free proofs — our design option sheets are built so you can see exactly what your engraving will look like before you order, without the back-and-forth. If you'd still like to see a proof before we engrave, we're happy to provide one for $5 (includes one round of edits) — just note it in your personalization details and we'll follow up before starting your order.
What if I make a typo in my personalization?
Contact us as soon as possible after ordering — if production hasn't started, we can correct it at no charge.
Shipping & Pickup
How long does it take to receive my order?
Most orders are ready in 2-3 business days. Bulk and corporate orders typically take 5-7 business days, but timelines can vary depending on the products and volume ordered. If you need a bulk or volume order by a specific date, please reach out to our team beforehand to confirm actual production times before placing your order.
Can I pick up my order locally?
Yes — local pickup is available at our Midtown Atlanta studio, Monday through Friday. We do not offer Saturday pickup.
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, we ship anywhere in the US.
What does 'backorder' mean on a product?
Some items are temporarily out of stock but available to order — we'll confirm your ship date by email after you order.
Orders & Payment
Can I cancel or change my order?
Contact us as soon as possible — if production hasn't started, we're happy to help. Once a piece has been engraved, we're unable to make changes.
Do you offer bulk or corporate pricing?

What's your return policy?
Because every item is personalized to order, we're unable to accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or with an error on our part.
